Chouriço is a Portuguese pork-based sausage with a slightly smoky taste. The best way to enjoy it is as a flame-grilled assado de chouriço. More than just a dish, it's a culinary experience in its own right!

When you order chouriço assado in a restaurant, your waiter brings the sausage to your table in a clay dish topped with brandy. Then he sets fire to the brandy right in front of you. Once on the table, you can cook the chouriço for as long as you like. For a perfect chouriço assado, the outside of the sausage should be slightly charred and crispy.

    la livraison de la grille commandée Grille Chouriço "Azulejos" a été parfaite. rapide, tres bien emballée et avec un petit mot .. très sympa. je recommande.

    Beau mais fragile

    J'ai bien reçu ce très beau plat qui a très bien fonctionné ... 1 fois ! En effet, lorsque j'ai voulu nettoyer les traces de la cuisson, la barre centrale (tiens, d'ailleurs, il n'y en a que 3 sur mon plat, au lieu de 4 sur la photo ...) s'est cassée immédiatement ! Je n'ai pourtant pas l'impression d'avoir appuyé bien fort ... Je ne sais pas très bien comment je vais pouvoir m'en resservir : il est évidemment exclu d'utiliser de la colle sur un produit qui va à la flamme ! Si vous avez une solution, merci de me la faire connaître d'urgence : je comptais éblouir ma famille à Noël avec un chouriço flambé ...
